A Case Study On Management System Deployment For IT Department Of Corporation A

At present, with the rapid developing of society, especially for information technology corporation, and industrial innovation have been changed dramatically, how to grasp the fast chance of business will be testify the level of internal management of a corporation. Now Corporation A is experiencing the key stage of industrial innovation. The current IT management system can’t meet the requirement of business development. The theory of IT management service is transferring from organizational to service, combining IT management and organizational capability, and provide the value for customer. But how to integrate the advanced theory into current IT management system will be important trail in front of every corporation.This article is based on vast of best practical cases of ITIL knowledge and organizational reform theory, and case study method. From contradiction aspect between business requirement and current organization, combing the actual situation in IT department, it particularly study the implementing process of new information technology management system. We hope to conclude the experiences about IT service management process and system building standardization, and provide the reference of IT management system upgrade for contemporary corporation.
