In recent years,the real estate development policies,environmental protection measures and the adjustment of the capital's functional positioning have exerted a huge impact on construction enterprises.Facing the environment of policy tightening,high cost and declining benefit,how to transform,upgrade and innovate is a problem that every construction enterprise is thinking about.S company is a traditional state-owned construction enterprise located in Beijing.In recent years,its main business--commodity concrete plate has been affected by environmental protection policies.As a result,its output has plummeted and losses have occurred,leading to increasingly prominent problems such as multiple management levels,high personnel costs and low labor efficiency per capita.In order to reverse the operational disadvantages and achieve the goal of high-quality development,S company decided to carry out the organizational structure reform under the strategic guidance,streamline the organization,and streamline the redundant personnel,optimize the personnel structure,and continuously improve the efficiency and efficiency.The overall research idea of this paper is to put forward the problem,study the theory,analyze the problem,design the scheme and draw the conclusion.In the research process,the literature review method and the case study method are used successively.On the basis of theoretical research,S company is taken as the research case to elaborate on its current organizational structure,internal and external environment analysis,and organizational change program design one by one,and the research conclusion is drawn.The specific content is arranged as follows: chapter 1 is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the specific problems to be solved in this research,and explains the research significance,research methods and paper structure.Chapter 2 is the literature review and related theories.On the basis of collecting,sorting and classifying researches,the literature and related management theories within the scope of this research topic are comprehensively reviewed.Chapter 3 introduces the basic situation of S company and analyzes the current organizational structure.Chapter 4 analyzes the internal and external environment of organizational structure reform.Chapter 5 designs the scheme of organizational structure reform of S company.Chapter 6 is a summary and discussion,elaborating the research conclusions and management implications of organizational structure reform practices,and summarizing the research deficiencies and future prospects.There are many types of organizational structures and many forms.For individuals,there is no best form of organization,only the most suitable.Based on the domestic and foreign related literature about the organization structure change and organizational structure change,enterprise reengineering,fu can be classified and the research on the basis of the theoretical system,S company as the research object,according to current situation of S organization structure and the internal and external environment analysis,on the basis of the power and resistance system in this paper,the change,put forward the company S organization structure reform plan design,the company S organization structure reform practice has a certain theoretical and practical guiding significance.After research and discussion,it is the inevitable choice for S company to face the fierce market competition to carry out the organizational structure reform under the strategic direction in order to reverse the business dilemma and achieve the goal of high-quality development.Its specific reform ideas and related countermeasures and Suggestions for the same kind of state-owned construction enterprises to achieve the transformation and upgrading of high-quality development has a certain reference role.The study of organizational structure theory has a long history and many practical applications,but there are few specific studies on the adaptability and further optimization and adjustment in the implementation process of organizational structure reform combined with the specific cases of state-owned enterprises.This paper systematically analyzes the internal and external environment of the organizational structure reform under the strategic guidance of S company,and designs the organizational change program.Through the merger,reorganization and adjustment of the original relatively redundant department functions,the organizational structure becomes flatter and the operation efficiency is improved.At the same time,formulate the corresponding human resources optimization plan,and actively and steadily settle the surplus employees after optimization.This is the innovation of this research.
