Our company encountered some difficulties and twists and turns in the process of rapid development. This paper based on its subsidiary cooperation Shenyang Yi Jing Lan Wan real estate co., LTD., main to find the certain problem exist in the management, and focus on these, then combine the actual situation of the company, to optimize of the project management mode. At last try to realize the purpose of improving the level of project management of real estate enterprise.
