Ec Real Estate Companies, Project-based Management

The functional organization is usually adopted by a traditional estate company. As the scale of the enterprise gets larger, and the business becomes more complex, limitations of a functional structure become increasingly evident. The enterprise tries to find a new type of organizational structure which is more efficient. It's the tendency of real estate industry for the enterprise to introduce the project management mode.Now the management authority is still highly concentrated in EC Company. The company has been departed to several departments by functions like scheming, designing, engineering, marketing, financing, administration, HR and so on. Each department is still directed by those executives of the company. This paper chooses an appropriate project management mode for the EC Real Estate Co. with its status taken into accounted. The organization structure of the company under the new running mode and importance of project management are also discussed correspondingly.In order to implement the new mode successfully, several issues needed to be considered carefully such as establishment of project management mechanism, selecting and training of project manager, team work construction, reasonable authorization and full communication.
