With China’s economic development rapidly and the deepening of opening, More and more Chinese enterprises join to the international market which be full of the fierce competition. For today’s enterprises, it’s not enough to have low cost product high technology or famous brand. How to promote productivity、reduce cost and keep well relationship with outside? This question drives enterprises to focus on the process. Process has become a crucial weapon to win. But it is not easy to really do benefit from the process for the enterprises. They must carry on the omni-directional management to process. As a key department in the enterprise, the process of procurement department is good or not directly affects the enterprise the benefits. Therefore, to manage the purchasing process is urgent,and how to measure whether the process management touch target or not, this is the problems that the enterprise have to think about.It is tens of years that the idea of process management introduced into china from starting to today, about the idea of procurement process is more shorter. In order to solve this problem, the author respectively set up evaluation index for each stage、set up the evaluation standard、and establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. It is used to evaluate the work of the procurement process of an enterprise, and is also a way to guide the designing and action of process.At the end of the article, the author take T oilfield’s purchasing process for example to narrative how to evaluate, find the inadequacies and put forward improvement suggestions.
