Research On The Construction And Development Of Yangling Agricultural Eco Industrial Park

Rural industrialization and urbanization are important task of the economic and socialdevelopment of our country in the new century. Because of the dispersed space layout of ruralindustry can not form agglomeration economy, factors of production inefficient configuration,cause waste of land resources and deterioration of ecological environment. The introductionof the concept of ecological industrial park for the sustainable development of ruralindustrialization of China pointed out the direction and the feasible path.In the paper, through the SWOT analysis, we analyzed the strength, weakness,opportunity and threaten of Yangling demonstration zone develop to an ecological industrialpark. In the investigation of the background knowledge of local people, the suggestions givenby these people about “what is the most suitable development routine of Yangling?” werecollected. Combined with the current situation of four major industries in Yangling,suggestions about future development were given. The conclusions as followed.Yangling had the advantages in political, location and technology compared with otheragricultural parks in China, especially in the technology because of the Northwest A&FUniversity. But as an agricultural park, it has the disadvantages in short industry chain andlack of core factory compared with others. Every year, center government invest a lot moneyin the further development of existing industry parks. The increase of environment awarenessand the establishment of Guanzhong—Tianshui economic zone were giant opportunities forYangling to build the ecological industrial park.In the building process of ecological industrial park, we should overall thinking about thecurrent situation of Yangling, and carefully construction in different industry. Suggestionsabout complete the net of circular economy, build ecological industrial park, promote thecertification of environmental management system, infrastructure share and building theeducation system were given.The construction of ecological industrial park is the only way for the sustainabledevelopment of China’s industrialization. Ecological industrial park by the ecological industrychain linked companies, local residents and government administrators together formed thecommunity. In the community, matter and energy exchange were carried out in a planned way, in order to realize the optimal use of resources, to build a sustainable economic, ecologicaland social relationships eventually.
