The rapid development of knowledge economy makes talents become the key of thecompetition between enterprises, the increasingly fierce market competition makes theimportance of the establishment of talent development in the process of enterprise competitiveadvantage enhancement. In the process of developing the enterprise human resources, how toimprove the employees in the aspects of cognition, emotion and behavior level ofinvolvement in work and organisational role becomes a difficult problem for human resourcemanagers have to think about. This paper combines normative analysis and empirical analysis,taking SZG company as the research object, through the questionnaire survey to analyzeemployee engagement strategies of ascension.The article includes four parts, firstly pointed out the significance and the research goal,carried on the analysis to the domestic and foreign of employee engagement theory, makeclear the connotation and dimensions of employee engagement, analyzed the influence ofindividual, organization, and employees and job matching degree on the employeeengagement of individual, and explained the motivation theory and social exchange theorywhich related to the employee engagement; the second part introduced the staff managementstatus and professional SZG degree research background, pointed out the existing problems inhuman resources management from the human resources recruitment, performancemanagement, salary welfare and employee training,; in the third part, the author descriptivestatistics for SZG company employee engagement survey sample, analyzed the overallsituation of employee engagement from the description of the SZG company employeeengagement in three aspects of individual, team and organizational dimensions dimensionoverall dimension, summarized the factors which can influence the employee engagement ofspecific SZG company; the fourth part is the engagement strategy design of SZG company,including strengthen the employee occupation career management, establishing a fair andreasonable salary and welfare system, perfecting performance management system andprocess, scientific designing work, improving the management and building a good enterpriseculture.This paper enriches the theory framework for the study of employee engagement inChina, can help the SZG company managers understand the current employee engagementbetter, make clear the problems in theemployee engagement management, also gives thesuggestions to the manager how to enhance the employee engagement. The view of this paperexists certain representativeness, so theresearch mentality and the research questionnaire inthis article have certain reference value, can help managers looking for a better way toenhance employee engagement.
