Tai LG automobile co.,Ltd.is located in Dongguan city,a developed area in south China with high economic level and frequent talent flow.For the mobility of outstanding employees at the junior level,on the one hand,they want to challenge better career development opportunities,on the other hand,they do not want to stay in the same post without doing anything.In order to enhance the competitiveness of the market and reduce the turnover rate of junior staff,Tai LG Automobile company needs to study the promotion strategy of junior staff engagement on the basis of social responsibility compliance.This paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of the junior staff engagement in Tai LG automobile company through interview and questionnaire survey.The employee engagement survey was initiated from these two aspects,and the information provided by employees in the interview with junior employees was diversified and multi-angle,which was summarized and analyzed as the base information after sorting.The factors affecting the engagement of junior employees are collected from different dimensions based on the summary information of interviews and the common engagement questionnaires in the market.The results of interviews and surveys show that the problems of junior employees’ engagement score are as follows: the junior employees’ engagement is affected by performance culture and does not reflect fairness and justice;The daily work procedure guidance is not clear and perfect,can not rely on it to efficiently complete the work;The lack of work authorization for junior employees hinders the creativity and enthusiasm of employees;The management of the company lacks effective communication with the junior staff and does not show respect for the ideas and needs of the junior staff.The influencing factors that cause these problems include organizational factors,leadership factors and individual factors,mainly including:imperfect performance system,imperfect promotion and career development system,lack of effective employee communication mechanism;The leadership style is strange or difficult for employees to accept,the leader does not authorize the work,and the work procedure guidance is chaotic;Lack of clear career planning,lack of courage to break career bottlenecks,and low sense of achievement.Based on the above analysis of influencing factors,we finally put forward the following nine countermeasures: update the performance evaluation system,the construction of talents training system,establish an effective employee communication channels and enhance the management reform of leadership,the leadership work authorization,standard work procedures and standards,develop self career planning ability,encourage employees to breakthrough career bottleneck,staff work performance visualization.This thesis has certain reference significance for the research on the level of employee engagement in electric motorcycle sales industry and other durable consumer goods retail industry.
