The rapid development of the knowledge economy in today's world has transformed market competition into a competition for talents.As a market entity,companies are increasingly focusing on talent development to promote their own competitive advantages.At the same time,as the development of corporate human resources,managers have also begun to explore effective strategies to promote employee awareness,sense of belonging,and organizational role input,thereby enhancing employee engagement.This article takes DT company as the research object,takes the questionnaire as the main survey form,using a combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis,the company' s current status and employee aspirations were specifically analyzed,and studies the concrete plan to enhance the employee's engagement degree.The analysis of this paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background of the study,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research purpose and research ideas.Finally,the author analyzes the innovation of this paper.The second part is the research on the theory of engagement.Firstly,the concept of engagement is expounded.Secondly,the structural dimension of engagement is explained.Then the influencing factors of employee engagement are analyzed.Finally,the theories related to employee engagement are analyzed.The third part is the DT enterprise employee engagement analysis.First of all,the situation of DT company was described,DT survey of engagement.The fourth part is the analysis of the results of the survey of engagement.Firstly,the descriptive statistics of the survey sample were analyzed.Secondly,the overall analysis of employee engagement in DT company was conducted.Then the formation dimension of employee engagement degree in DT company was analyzed.Finally,the influencing factors of employee engagement degree in DT company were analyzed.The fifth part is DT employee engagement enhancement measures.Strengthening employee career management,establishing a fair and reasonable remuneration and welfare system,improving the performance management system and process,scientifically design work content,continuously improve the management level of managers,and striving to create a.good corporate culture for analyzing suggestions.The sixth part is a summary of the full text.This study for the DT company,to a certain extent,helps the management to have a clear understanding of the company's employees' relevant job demands,clarify the company's problems in the cultivation and management of employee engagement,and then adopt targeted recommendations efficiently.Enhance employee engagement so that they can manage and direct employees in an orderly manner.In addition,it also supplements and enriches relevant research on employee engagement to a certain extent,and provides relevant reference value and guiding significance for related companies,which in turn promotes more in-depth research and development in related fields.
