With the rapid development of the economics and improvement of the living standard in china, the current situation of the commercial vehicle can not meet the market demand. Many vehicle corporation have already explore the new development path.NAVECO is the first light commercial vehicle manufacturer in China with the independent research and development capability. It has created many maricles in its course of two decades of development. It is the first light commercial vehicle manufacturer which propose the classic design ideas of "Short head of security" and change the development trajectory of commercial vehicle in china, It is the first light commercial vehicle manufacturer which propose commercial vehicle has to build the new view of "reliable quality made in china", It is the first light commercial vehicle manufacturer which was written into the book <<vehicle directory of new power promotion>>by state ministry. IVECO is the reliable product all the time but the great challenge will emerge with the market change. How to adapt to the market development? How to win more market share in the intense competitive environment? How to maintain victory? There are many problems that NAVECO has to solve primary.Most vehicle corporations do their best to develop the new product, they hope the new product can be satisfy to the market. This is a good idea, but more important,we need formulate a efficient strategy that is helpful to the long-term development of the corporation. This thesis analysis the external environment and internal environment of NAVECO with the current situation, give the suggestion to the development strategy for NAVECO.
