With the development of world economic globalization,the competition in domestic and foreign markets is becoming increasingly.As the advanced railway transport equipment manufacturing enterprise,the merged CRRC improves its competitiveness and responds Chinese development strategy of “manufacturing power”,“going out” and “the Belt and Road”.CRRC Lanzhou Co.,Ltd.is the subsidiary of CRRC and works on railway transport equipment overhauling in northwest of China,which makes a great contribution for the development of China’s railway transport.In recent years,owing to the slowdown of global economy China’s economy steps into the “new normal”.With the advance of supply-side structural reform,the external environment of China’s railway transport equipment manufacturing industry has undergone great changes.CRRC Lanzhou’s development is also influenced by directional and decisive effects.Facing the changes of internal and external environment,how to cope with the changeable economic environment and market challenges.Depending on country’s policy,grasping the opportunity,making full use of its advantages,enhancing the core competitiveness and realizing the sustainable developments,which are CRRC Lanzhou’s main problem.Based on the relevant strategic management knowledge,this paper analyzes the external environment and development state of industry.On the basis of detailed introduction of internal conditions,the research makes a comprehensive analysis using SWOT,recognizes the opportunities and threats in the external environment,identifies the internal advantages and disadvantages,and establishes AHP model to calculate the current pioneering development strategy for the company.At the same time,the paper frames the development strategy from overall layer,business layer and functional layer,and points out the safeguard measures from the organizational structure,incentive mechanism and corporate culture.In order to promote the company strategy “three bases,one center,one headquarter” landing.
