Along with the medicine market gradually standardized and rapid development, pharmaceutical representatives, as the connection of pharmaceutical enterprises and the prescribing doctor bridge demanded more and more occupation. Pharmaceutical sales representative is not only a product of propagandist and spokesperson, but also related to disease and treatment of experts in the field.Medical representative with the other properties of the sales personnel, as one of the most important resources for pharmaceutical enterprises, has been more and more enterprises to realize its important value.Presently, As a therapeutic drug leader, M company’s responsibility is much higher than other similar companies. Compared with other similar companies still exist certain difference,the existing sales staff the overall quality and skills need improved.On the other hand, internal training system is not perfect in employee performance can not reach the requirement of the company. As part of the training department, the training process and management system is still not formed the core competitiveness to attract foreign talents to join.If the enterprise wants to obtain the long-term development, it will have to rely on the internal training increased strength and related support system.Based on the analysis of the sales staff training on the basis of the status quo,under the guidance of the theory of trainning, the paper try to draw lessons from some good experience, found that training in the related influencing and restricting factors, combine of domestic and foreign related theory research and learning, and sum up existing company in the training area advantage, draw lessons from similar companies related training system, and combine with the actual situation of the company to design a set of optimized complete feasible sales training system.The establishment of the system in the original training system on the basis of the optimization design, to meet the practical needs of building a sales training, mainly from the sales training organization system、sales training process system、sales training curriculum system,and sales training supporting system construction and other aspects of research and elaborate.The system research and design, from a certain extent, to increase the sales personnel’s overall quality and related skills, solve the current sales staff are facing some problems, and cultivate a number of consistent with company needs, high quality and high ability of elite sales, for the company’s overall marketing strategy to lay a solid foundation.Simultaneously, In view of the actual situation of the company sales training,this paper has done some research and improve the design method and theoretical research, for other sales training institutions also have certain reference significance.In this paper some aspects there are places where I can improve, maybe need further combine with the practice of research and study.
