| The development of enterprises has always been accompanied by the double pressure of external competition and their own talent training.As the key resources for enterprises to achieve strategic development,it is difficult for the human resources market to directly and perfectly meet the needs of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great strategic significance for enterprises to design and build a sales training system that meets the personalised needs of their own development.In traditional enterprise management,the perception of salesperson training generally stays on the induction training of new employees,and the training of salespersons is rarely subordinate to the sales department or sets up an independent salesperson training department,which makes it difficult for enterprises to match the actual work of salespersons with the cognition,content and form of salesperson training.This paper uses the logic of finding,analysing and solving problems to carry out research.In the research process,the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method are mainly used.On the basis of understanding the current situation of the sales organisation of D Company,the research and analysis are carried out on the current situation of salesperson training,and the main problems in the training of sales personnel are:the training content does not meet the business needs of sales personnel,the training experience of sales personnel is poor,the salespersons have fewer training opportunities,and the training coverage rate is low.The main problem of salesperson training is the lack of an effective training system for salespersons and implementation guarantees.This is reflected in the lack of full-time responsible department and professional sales personnel training personnel,sales personnel training needs analysis system,training course management system and training teacher management system,and lack of software and hardware facility support.On the basis of this analysis,combined with the training needs and development requirements of enterprises,a targeted training system for sales personnel has been formulated,including a training administrative support system,a training demand survey and analysis,a training course system,a training teacher system,and a training evaluation system.D Company’s salesperson training system will be committed to ultimately promoting the development of the enterprise by improving the business ability and professional quality of salespersons.This study is based on the development needs of D Company.Although it has its personalisation,the design principles and concepts of the salesperson training system involved still have certain reference significance.It hopes to play a reference role in the construction of the salesperson training system of enterprises in the same industry and promote the benign development and common progress of the industry. |
