Study On Line Application Of Lean Logistics

In21st century, with the rapid development of information technology, there is a shortcoming about the high logistics cost. So if the enterprise can control the logistics, it would obtain the market. With the development of economic globalization, it is a good solution to invent lean logistics from the West. The lean manufacture provides a new way of thinking about the logistics and lean logistics play an important role in manufacture. Lean logistics can achieve a great improvement in enterprise’s logistics system, which does not just do some optimization works in part of logistics. The concept of World-class manufacturing (WCM) is introduced as the method of lean logistics. World-class manufacturing (WCM) can synchronize production with sales to satisfy customers, provide production of better quality and cheaper, improve production continuously.The paper introduces firstly the basic concepts of lean logistics, internal logistics, external logistics, WCM seven-steps etc. After using step-by step logistics activities, the method and operational experience to analysis and research NAVECO logistics. In chapter3, Nan Weike seven-step approach to implement on-line lean logistics and the external and internal set of on-line logistics mode is introduced. In chapter4, according to the Nan Weike case of lean logistics, a number of shortcomings and improvement or solutions in the implementation and application of the process is encountered. After Nan Weike adopted lean logistics, business inventory and logistics cost is reduced and the capital turnover rate and labor productivity is improved. Due to the corporate complex logistics operation, the adoption of lean logistics also need a long time to run-collaboration with the whole enterprise operation.
