Research On Application Optimization Of WCM Management System In Company B

With China's economic development entering the "new normal" phase and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people pay more attention to product quality.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress,Secretary-General Xi also pointed out that our country still faces many difficulties and challenges,such as the low quality and efficiency of development and the need to improve the level of the real economy.At the same time,labor costs,logistics costs,breeding,raw material prices,machinery and equipment costs are rising.Under the market demand of customer consumption upgrading,with the maturing of dairy products market and the intensification of competition,the profit margin are under unprecedented challenge.Under this circumstance,more and more manufacturing enterprises begin to seek new management system.On the committee to quality,they can improve the operation efficiency of enterprises by reducing losses and eliminating waste.World-class manufacturing is a management system that integrates ideas,technologies,methods and management.It contains and integrates management elements from Total Productive Maintenance,Supply Chain Management,Total Quality Management,Six Sigma,Lean Production and so on.This application system just meets the needs of manufacturing industry to find new management methods.In July 2017,under the guidance of company headquarters,company B,the main processing enterprise of liquid milk,leads into the World-Class Manufacturing Management System,and applied the World-Class Manufacturing Management System to company B.This paper takes B company's world-class manufacturing management system application as the research object.Firstly,through on site interviews to understand the confusion in the application of B company's world-class manufacturing management system,and then from the perspectives of strategic support dimension,incentive mechanism dimension,methodological mastery,personnel training,implementation atmosphere,and KPI's PQCDSM,it conducts a survey to explore B company's adoption of world-class manufacturing management system and the application and effect of lean management on loss reduction.Based on the practice of World-class Manufacturing Management System(WCM),through interviews,questionnaires and scientific analysis,the author finds out the main causes of the application problems,and then puts forward improvement countermeasure for these reasons,such as remodeling the responsibilities of the Steering Committee,improving the personnel training system,improving the data collection system,establishing scene classrooms,and demonstrating WCM's contribution.These methods are aimed to optimize the world-class manufacturing management system.Through case studies,the implementation of world-class manufacturing can help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency.I hope this study can provide some useful inspiration for manufacturing enterprises that are introduced into the world-class manufacturing management system.
