The development of the manufacturing in China has entered a new are.More and more domestic companies are looking for advanced management concepts and methods to improve the business level.In particular,many management concepts,represented by LEAN,are learned and applied by many our domestic companies.However,in the past decade,many companies have found some problems in the management of the western management methods and processes,such as communication,collaboration and cross-department cooperation issues are the performance of these contradictions.The paper is based on S company,which runs the World Class Manufacturing(WCM)management approach.At the very beginning,the WCM is not fully adapted to this management system.There are two sets of management model,one is original traditional management system and WCM management system.In this framework makes our management or WCM for the understanding becomes very negative,and the staff of management of WCM also has a serious resistance.The author just tells the theory of process reengineering into the current situation of S company,to find out the problems in the management mode of the enterprise in WCM management;then,analyzes the root causes of these problems;finally,puts forward to an effective solution.Hope this study will give some useful reference to the enterprises that introduce the WCM management system. |
