In technology enterprise the high-quality knowledge employees is core competence. Considering the difficulty of rating professional behavioral, the defective of the performance evaluation and salary management system in modern enterprises, make Knowledge employees feel injustice and lose hope of their corporation. The employee mobility is increasing. How to improve the sense of belonging of the enterprise, work efficiency, and performance of enterprise, meanwhile avoid frequent death from overwork, becoming the issues for manager to face with?This article selects the hardware development department of company MA as the research and study objective, which is the key Department of the China research center. All the team member are come from a small enterprise which acquired by MA. All of them are typical knowledge employees. Now, they are facing three part of problems:performance evaluation and salary management system, lack of employee training and occupational planning, the high pressure from performance after join the new company. This paper analyze the characteristics of the knowledge staffs and team background, and refer to the classical human resource management principles, provide a specific solution for these issues.This article based on the related theory and incentive factors of the Knowledge staff’s demand, after analyze and optimize the performance evaluation and salary management system. Provide a perfect training and occupational planning system for employee, to improve overall quality of staff, work efficiency and performance of whole organization. Apply the incentive principle to solve all the problems.
