China’s asset management industry is growing with the development of social economy, the rapid expansion of total wealth of society, the individual’s wealth soared. As the asset management industry branch-the fund industry, is in a great opportunities and challenges the environment. Mixed financial sector accounts business development fund industry to bring a good time. However, for only three or four years, some of the company’s business processes may have entered the bottleneck, and even unable to meet the business development. But for to be self——optimization, self——grooming business processes for companies, the future will bring account the scale of the business rapidly.Self a good business process reengineering and optimization of business management mechanism accounts for the company’s future strategy and transformation to lay a solid foundation.
