China’s real estate market has experienced after the rapid development of low threshold and high profits, is currently moving toward high threshold and low profits to grow. In recent years, because of the high prices "the real culprit" and the controversial, with the gradual expansion of the real estate bubble, as it is more for the real estate market regulation policy. Whether policies or financial leverage against property speculation in the restriction of credit limit policy, real estate companies are deeply suppressed from different angles, so bring in crisis management within the industry is extremely urgent.Study route in this article uses the modern theory of crisis management, in accordance with the recognition of the identification, prevention, resolution and summary study on the crisis management of the four steps. On the research methods used to form classified summary of index evaluation model and method and mathematical model for crisis recognition, discovery mechanism of crisis identification, then under the mechanism of crisis made the appropriate crisis prevention and crisis response measures, eventually producing crisis management research results. Then try to use examples to verify feasibility of prevention and response measures referred to in this article.This article discusses crisis management focused on the following three main parts:financial crisis management, quality crisis management, market crisis management. Real estate cross-cutting features, used in the analysis of the different types of models and analysis methods, and supporting it later cited a number of cases.
