Accident Analysis And Assessment Of Special Equipment And Research On The Information Management System

With rapid economic and social development, both the number and the scale of special equipments such as boilers, high pressure vessels, high pressure pipes, elevators, lifting appliances, passenger ropeway, large-scale facilities for amusement and the indoor motor vehicles increasing dramatically. Special equipments play a significant role in the economic and social development also in people's daily lives, while accidents occur more frequently. Safety issues become more and more visible. For keeping accidents within limits, improving the safety management ability of special equipment and ensuring safety of people's life and property, accidents of special equipment is analyzed and evaluated in this paper, and special equipment information management system is developed.Firstly, according to the Accident-causing Theory, bath safety incidents and the hazards during the operating period of the special equipments will be statistically analyzed. Secondly, problems of our country's current special equipment law are studied, special equipment legal system—"law—administrative regulation—divisional regulation—safety technology criterion—reference criterion"is proposed, legal system which is suitable for our country is founded. Finally, demands of special equipment management are investigated, special equipment information management system is founded by using Access database, analysis, statistical analysis and management of special equipment basic information is realized, management efficiency is improved. This paper will try the best to reduce incidents of the special equipments , methods such as investigating, analyzing, summarizing will be used to improve the efficiency of the special equipment management.
