Design And Realization Of Rules And Regulations Management System Based On BPM

Nothing can be accomplished without norms and standards. A successful enterprise is to establish rules and regulations system of their perfect, and to carry out effective management of rules and regulations. In the past, the enterprise rules and regulations are based on paper documents stored in the file cabinet; this mode of administration is facing many problems. Highly developed in the information degree today, so me large enterprises realize that they need to enterprise system is a set of IT system, from the rules and regulations establishment, publishing, training implementation to the inspection, rectification, formed a set of system of management of closed loop PDCA.In the rules and regulations of the management, there are a large number of business processes. BPM is workflow and enterprise application integration as the core technology of the business management information platform, has the congenital advantage in resource integration, visualization of process management, system openness.This paper first discusses the core technology of BPM system using the rules and regulations management system framework, workflow technology, the technology of enterprise application integration; and the system development tool H3 BPM described in detail. Then the business requirements of the rules and regulations management system are analyzed in detail; and the detailed design of the overall system architecture, common module, the main function module. In the design process, make full use of the BPM platform, SOA thought to reduce coupling between modules, enhance the flexibility and extensibility of the system, and meet the enterprise complex and easy to changing business requirements.Finally, this thesis implements a set of suitable for large and medium-sized enterprise application system management platform according by above design. The background of this project has been put into operation in the actual production activities, and achieved good feedback effect; believe the system for the majority of enterprises in the construction of the rules and regulations management system provides a very good reference.
