Empirical Analysis Of The Company's Logistics And Distribution System RS

With the rapid development of our economy, the logistics industry has entered the fast track of development. Logistics and distribution as one of the important functions of logistics, it has some problems in the implementation process. Research on logistics distribution system based on, first the basic concept of the logistics distribution is defined, and then on the basis of the analysis of the logistics status of China and RS company’s existing logistics distribution system, and further finds out RS’s existing logistics distribution system, mainly includes six aspects:organizational structure of RS company is dispersion; distribution business process error rate is high, the timely supply rate is low; the RS company has not yet been established professional logistics distribution center; logistics facilities and equipment, specialization and standardization degree is low; the RS logistics company level is low; the lack of high-quality logistics personnel. In the fourth part of the article, in view of the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions:the transformation of the company structure and business process; speed up the construction of logistics distribution center, providing value-added logistics services; the introduction of modern logistics facilities and equipment, speed up the logistics standardization and specialization; the use of modern technology, to strengthen the logistics platform for networking and information construction; several aspects of the implementation of talent construction plan. The development trend of RS logistics system based solutions is discussed, and the study of distribution system for RS logistics are summarized and prospected.
