Youth Olympic Licensed Merchandise Stores Project Risk Management In Jiangsu Postal Service

Nanjing’s successfully bid to host the2014Summer Youth Olympic Games not only gets an opportunity to show itself to the world, but also brings great business opportunities to the businesses. Facing huge business opportunities of the Youth Olympic Games, Jiangsu Post and Organizing Committee of the Youth Olympic Games have developed licensed products related to the Youth Olympic Games and planned to launch30stores on licensed products of the Youth Olympic Games. Researches on the risks of the project show practical significance.On the background of the project of the stores on licensed products of the Youth Olympic Games, the thesis carries out a study on risk management of the project. After a brief introduction of the background, the thesis first summarizes relevant research literature at home and abroad. Then, it gives an overview of relevant theories on risk management for the project of stores on licensed products. Then, the thesis analyzes risk identification and assesses the risks of the project of the stores on licensed products of the Youth Olympic Games by using Delphi method and brain storming. The thesis uses subjective methods to evaluate the overall risk level of the project. Results show that the overall risk level of the project is acceptable. Finally, the thesis puts forward some countermeasures to avoid the risk of the project.
