The topic comes from the National Natural Science Foundation Project. With the in-depth development of "low-carbon economy" in the whole world, as the largest developing and the carbon emitting country, the development of low-carbon economy is necessary in china. Agriculture is the primary industry in china, rural population accounts for50.32%of the total population, the development of agricultural economy is an important part of our low-carbon economy. However, due to the limit of the agricultural technology level and the traditional mode of agricultural production, the daily behavior of China farmers usually wastes lots of resources, ecological destruction and other properties of non-carbon behavior patterns, therefore, to improve household behavior patterns in the development process of China low-carbon economy plays an extraordinary important role.Yunnan Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture is a typical ethnic minority autonomous prefecture, the minority population maintains at50%all the year, and the agriculture population accounts for90%of the total population. This proportion is persuasive for my study. Minority farmers maintain its own characteristics in their development procession, the characteristics perform in agricultural behavior, activities of daily living, and consumer behavior. Based on the theory of survival carbon emissions, this article construct agricultural production indicators and livelihood indicators, then according to the annual energy consumption of each index calculate carbon dioxide emissions, at the same time, according to the international practice to build behavioral indicators of agricultural production and calculate the carbon dioxide emissions. At last, based on the analysis of the past decade in the study area, we can analyze optimization proposals. Chapter Ⅳ use LMDI method to analyze the factors of farmers behaviors. The factors are structural effects, energy efficiency effects, economic effects and population effects. Finally, based on the farmers, governments and enterprise, this article raises up optimization proposals to improve the low-carbon behaviors.
