Thought And Research On The Securities Company's Innovative Development

During the past twenty years, China’s capital market has made great achievement. Experiencing from small to large, it becomes more standard and developed. With the continuous expansion of the capital market, China’s securities industry is developing rapidly. The number and scale of securities companies has been expanding, and the quality and efficiency of securities companies has improved continuously. However, as an important participant in the capital market, the domestic securities companies lack the ability of independent innovation and adequate means of production innovation in the market competition. These inabilities affect the efficiency of the capital market and restrict their ability to serve the real economy. Securities companies, as an important link among the elements of securities market, can survive and grow in the fierce competition by constant innovation. Therefore, no matter industry or individual, it is urgent for securities firms to innovate.This paper discusses the innovation and development of China’s securities companies. Firstly, the history of domestic securities companies is reviewed and the present situation, the main business, business operation and profit mode of securities industry is analyzed. Secondly, the paper expounds the necessity and urgency of the innovation development of China’s securities companies, in which a higher level in homogeneity is embodied, traditional business fall sharply, core competence has not yet fully formed. On the premise of the reference of foreign securities companies’innovation development, the paper analyzes domestic securities companies have started a new business, new products, new service innovation around five basic functions such as trading, custody, payments, financing and investment. It also comprehensively analyzes the innovation development direction and the new profit model of domestic securities companies from institution, regulatory, business, products, support system and so on. Finally, the importance of risk management and the risk control in the innovation development of domestic securities companies is discussed and analyzed.
