With the maturing of the market economy, the flow of talent is more frequent, especially for the professional staff who mastered knowledge or skills of a specific field. The professional staff can easily jumps from one organization to another organization, so they tend to be more loyal to their career, rather than the company. In addition, as the professional staff is the main body of enterprise technology innovation, so it is particularly important to improve their job satisfaction, to stimulate their innovative consciousness and innovation mind and to reduce their liquidity when enterprise dependent on technology more.The professional staff in enterprise is the research object of this paper, through the literature review and empirical research method, to get the correlation and influence between organization career management and job satisfaction, and then provides the basis for how to improve the professional staff’s job satisfaction from the view of the organization career management. According to the result of factor analysis based on the predecessors’scales, the organization career management is divided into four dimensions as provide professional information, emphasize training, fair performance and promotion system integrity, and job satisfaction is divided into five dimensions as business consideration and career development, leadership and colleague relationship, work conflict, difficulty, workload. Then, through correlation and regression analysis, study the relationship between dimensions of organization career management and staff job satisfaction as well as the demographic variables’ influence. The conclusion is:part of organization career management dimensions and staff job satisfaction dimensions related significant; business consideration and career development has been significant influenced by professional information, training, promotion system;leadership and colleague relationship has been significant influenced by professional information, training; work conflict has been significant influenced by professional information; difficulty has been significant influenced by professional information, performance, promotion; workload has been significant influenced by professional information and promotion system; demographic variables, such as gender, age, education and technical title, have significant impact on part of the organization career management dimensions and staff job satisfaction dimensions; organization career management have different influence on the professionals’ job satisfaction who has different demographic features.
