"Food is the first and Agriculture is the first." Agriculture is the foundation of human existence and all production development.The development of national economy can not be separated from the progress of agriculture.Agricultural modernization is the foundation of national modernization.The party's nineteen report clearly stated:"implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The Party Central Committee and the State Council continue to focus on the development of modern agriculture,and clearly pointed out that China's agriculture should take the road of sustainable development of modern agriculture.Jinzhong City is the key area for the establishment of modern agricultural demonstration in China.Qixian County,as a member,is both a modern agricultural demonstration area in Shanxi Province and a national modern agricultural demonstration area,with good macroscopic opportunities.Qixian needs to seize the opportunity,meet the challenge,explore a unique local characteristics of modern agricultural development path,play a provincial demonstration role.Research on modern agriculture has both theoretical and practical significance.Qixian has the foundation and favorable conditions for the development of modern agriculture.It also faces new problems and challenges.Based on this,Qixian is chosen as the research destination.Firstly,through on-the-spot investigation,relevant information and data are obtained,and modern agriculture in Qixian County is qualitatively analyzed from five aspects:location and traffic conditions,geographical and natural conditions,economic and social development status,agricultural development status(agricultural overall situation,agricultural structure,agricultural production conditions),farmers'income and security.The basic and macroscopic conditions for development.Secondly,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method,five first-level indicators,including material and equipment level,agricultural output level,economic benefit level,support and management level,and sustainable development level,were selected,and 20 second-level indicators were used to establish a reasonable evaluation model.The evaluation scores of modern agricultural development in Qixian County from 2012 to 2016 were 27,38,50,63.79.The upward trend is obvious,especially in 2015 and 2016.The development level of modern agriculture in Qixian has developed from the initial preparatory stage to the initial stage.Thirdly,the paper puts forward suggestions from six aspects:base construction,Park construction,agricultural science and technology,management system construction,industrialization construction and brand construction.It is hoped that this study can guide practice and make Qixian a "leader in the development of modern agriculture in Shanxi".This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,laying a good foundation for the writing of positive arguments.The second chapter is related concepts and theories,laying a theoretical foundation for writing articles.The third chapter is the development of county agriculture in Qixian County,mainly qualitative analysis of the basic conditions and macro situation of modern agriculture development in Qixian County.The fourth chapter is the construction and empirical analysis of the evaluation model of modern agricultural development in Qixian.Select indicators to establish the evaluation model,through data processing,weight distribution,calculate the 2012-2016 Qixian modern agricultural development evaluation comprehensive score and sub-item score,and analyze the results and influencing factors.The fifth chapter is to promote the development of modern agriculture in Qixian.According to the evaluation results,combined with the actual development of modern agriculture in Qixian,6 suggestions are put forward.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.Summarize the full text and look forward to the future.
