Analysis Of Agriculture Structure Adjustment In Hunan Based On Two-oriented

As a traditional agricultural province, Construction of two type of the realistic foundation of agriculture in Hunan is good, but for a long time, because of the development of urbanization, industrialization of agricultural production, stock of available resources is decreasing. In addition, urban pollution and industrial pollution transfer to the rural, capacity of bearing rural ecological is decreasing, the cost of production is increasing, space of increasing farmers’ income is decreasing, resources and environment’ pressure is larger and larger, the function of agriculture is limited and can not work comprehensively and effectively, adjustment of agricultural structure is becoming more and more difficult, structure of agricultural planting needs to be further optimized. Agriculture of Hunan has entered a new stage, dealing with double challenges of domestic and international market competition, we need to adjust the agricultural structure. This paper proposed to base on the goal of two type of agricultural construction, combining with saving resource, preventing environment, using the theory of ecological footprint, calculating the ecological footprint of main agricultural products in Hunan province in2010.Combined with the outcome and impact of crop structure adjustment factors, put forward suggestions about the principle of maximizing the overall efficiency of economic, ecological agricultural planting structure optimization.
