In ecological environment construction in our country, because of all kinds of manpower and material resources, technology and system constraints, the rural environment increasingly worsening condition, farmers’environmental awareness is weak, the agricultural production and construction increasingly weak. Therefore, strengthen the rural environment management is very need.Scholars at home and abroad have been from the perspective of sociology, environmental policy and engineering technology to explore rural environmental governance, this article attempts from the Angle of environment to analyze the rural environment, rural environment problem of farmers and rural issues is not a single, but the way of our country modernization process significant strategic question, therefore, in this sense, the rural environment governance problem is not allow to ignore.
