As the development of market economy, the competition becomes more fiercely. The long-term progress of a corporation depends on its performance which will be created by the employees. So it is an important and urgent problem for the supervisor to think about, how to inspire the passion and improve the working performance.At the same time, the new generation employees are the precious resources of enterprise, at the same time, they are the hope to develop the enterprise. So, some people think that the new generation employees are very emportant to the managers. The new generation employees is stand for the people who was born after1980s. Their unique behavior makes them different from others. The study of the new generation becomes very important, just because they have most percent in the enterprise, but the current studies are not enough to explain their unique behavior. So, it makes some diffcults to solve their problems that takes in the enterprises. In this paper, we enhancing the new generation employees’job embeddedness, combining job embeddedness and working performance. Finally, we provide theoretic basis for the employers.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the research, and research innovation among organizational justice, on-the-job embeddedness and working performance. Secondly, it carries out theoretical overview of new generation employees’organizational justice, job embeddedness and working performance. Thirdly, it gets the data through questionaire, and analysis the reliability and validity. Finally, this paper takes some methods to prove some measures to improve the management of the new generation employees.Results from the empirical test indicated that, organizational justice have significant positive effect on working performance; organizational justice have significant positive effect on two dimession of on-the-job embeddedness, fit and sacrifice. But organizational justice have no sigificant influence to links; on-the-job embeddedness has significant influence to working pofermance. Based on the above conclusions,this paper based on the new employees, points out that we need to prove the procedural justice and on-the-job embeddedness. Hoping to provide some practical management methods to change the problem of new generation employees.
