Theory of psychological ownership Provide a new Perspective for enterprise to motivate the employees, Psychological ownership is the psychologically experienced Phenomenon in which employee develops possessive feelings for the target. The legal ownership takes the impact on employees. Attitudes and behaviors throughpsychological ownership. The concept of psychological ownership was proposed by the Jon L.Pierce and his colleagues in1991, because of the effective interpretive and wide application, it got the great importance to industry and academia once proposed, today its research is still in the ascendant. Currently the theory of psychological ownership in Western is developed in the context that modern enterprise system is perfect and the legal ownership is full-developed. However, the current Chinese market is still in the imperfect stage of ownership fuzzy boundaries, the absence of formal title and regulatory runaway. In such a context of economic and social psychological ownership of the ability to generate and fully play its due role worthy of our consideration, In order to solve the above problems, This paper selects the development history of Shanxi Piaohao and the history is in most similar stage of the current state of the market in China to explore these issues. Firstly this paper analysis the economic basis of psychological ownership, believing the source of employees’ psychological ownership is getting the "deserves result" provided in Contract based on in an incomplete contract framework. Based on the development history of Jinshang Firms, the paper discovered and studied the Personal Share System as the main content of real ownership incentive mechanism and the success of the training were employee psychological ownership perception,it played an important role on the development of firms. Through the study of this paper’s main conclusion:the first, the jinshang firms’incentive mechanism with the Personal Share System as the main contract is success in cultivation of professional managers’psychological ownership; The second, cooperating with suitable for incentives, psychological ownership can be long-standing; The third, the psychological ownership has not only played a positive role, but also high psychological ownership also encourage employees to make embezzlement.So we can find even in the primary market with the formal ownership system is incomplete, the enterprise staff psychological ownership is also complete and fully playing the role.The innovation of this article is mainly manifested:the first, According to economics, the paper analyzes the essence of psychological ownership, tries to explain the source of psychological ownership. Combined with the incomplete contract theory to provide the theory basis for the psychological ownership, which is engaged in the former contract after a reasonable formulation and contract of optimizing to cultivate employees’psychological ownership; the second, through the jinshang firms’real ownership incentive mechanism with the Personal Share System as the main contract, the paper try to excavate its impact in developing psychological ownership and to further study the employee’psychological ownership’, its impact on development of jinshang firms in turn; The third, with the theory of institutional economics, the paper try to deeply analyze jinshang firms personal Share System and to find its rationality in economics; The fourth, through building nash game model, the paper analyzes the behavior selection of professional managers in the process of professional managers cognitive psychological ownership management, and restores the history and reality of jinshang firms, it also hope to provide the experiences and lessons for modem enterprise, and psychological ownership can still complete exist and give full play to the role under the condition of the market system is not complete.This article is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction the main contents include selected topic background, literature review and the general framework of the paper. The second chapter is the economic explanation for employee’psychological ownership, it is mainly based on the incomplete contract theory to introduce the source of psychological ownership. The third chapter introduces the emergence and management of professional managers, the main content is the economic motivation and selection system of professional managers in Banks. The fourth chapter introduces the cognitive management and influence of professional managers’ psychological ownership, the main content is management of incentive mechanism to professional managers’ cognitive of psychological ownership and the adverse effect of the management to the Banks development this paper highlights in the case of lack of Banks internal constraint mechanism of psychological ownership cognitive management effects on professional managers behavior selection. The fifth chapter is the economic interpretation of personal Share System, the main content is to find the theory basis based on the institutional economics. The sixth chapter is Nash game model, the model analyzed professional managers’ behavior selection under the management of psychological ownership, restore the historical reality in the development of business Banks. The seventh Chapter is the conclusion, This chapter analyzes theoretical research results of this paper, and gets some revelatory experience and lessons for modern enterprise puts forward improving employees’ psychological ownership cognitive support.
