Research On The Development Potential Assessment Model Of "Night-economy" Based On FCE Theory

"Night economy" comparing to the "holiday economy" and "Olympic economy", belongs to the emerging theory. It not only shows us the economic relevant theory, also has its own characteristics. It plays a great role in promoting a country or a region’s economic development, and so does as meeting the people’s growing material and cultural requirements. Therefore, for developing a city’s night-economy successfully, the study about "night economy" theory and its characteristic are particularly important.The "Night-economy" theory is based on the leisure theory and consumer behavior theory. As people income rising steadily and the changing of consumption concept, not only the people of going to daily workday want to relax, but also ordinary residents are no longer confined to the daily consuming, both of them are eager to have a rich and colorful night life, it is precisely for this reason, more and more attention is paid to the development of city’s night-economy. Some cities see the prosperity of night economy as the standard of evaluation the size of a city, it is right to some extent, but as we know, the night economy is the outcome of economic development in a certain stage, but it is not inevitable result, not all cities are suitable to develop the night-economy, The night-economy theory is related to cultural history of the area, the city’s comprehensive strength, the habits of consumers, business conditions, relevant industries and other conditions closely. If we want to develop the night economy, the first thing we should do is to consider whether the region is suitable for developing night-economy and the extent the development potential, these problems are solved is particularly important for developing a city night-economy, so these views will be analyzed in this paper.This paper provides six major factors:the city comprehensive strength, consumer behavior, business conditions, relevant industries, government behavior and uncontrollable factors. We analyze the weighting of the various elements in the way of AHP, on this basis, combined with of the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method (FCE), establish development potential of the night-economy of evaluation model, aimed at guiding the development of city’s night-economy.The main research contents of this paper can be divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, aimed at elaborating the research background, research significance, research status, innovation, research ideas and methods; the second part is the summary of the " theories of night-economy", focusing on analyzing the leisure theory and consumer behavior the theory. The third part the evaluation index system of night-economy development potential is constructed, and defines each factor index system specifically. The fourth part the evaluation model of city economic development potential of the night is established through the AHP and FEC methods The fifth part the empirical analysis,the night the city economic factors related to evaluation of city night-economy development potential model mentioned above, is created by analyzing the Dalian night-economy conditions, and its application in practice is inspected. Finally, we summarize the conclusions of this study, and point out the limitations of this paper and the prospect for the future study.
