Research On The Development Of Night Tourism Products In Jinan Based On RMIP Theory

With the continuous growth of the global economy and the improvement of people’s quality of life,night tourism,as a vibrant form of tourism,has gradually become a new favorite among numerous tourists.Jinan,as a city with rich tourism resources and a long history and culture,has enormous potential and development space in its night tourism industry.This paper aims to explore the development and optimization strategies of night tourism products in Jinan.By using literature research,questionnaire surveys,and a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,the current situation,existing problems,and corresponding improvement measures of night tourism in Jinan City were systematically studied.Firstly,this research analyzed the development status of the night tourism market at home and abroad through a literature review,summarizing the research results of night tourism product development strategies.Then,by defining the concept of night tourism and explaining related theories,the concept and theoretical foundation of night tourism were clarified through summarizing previous scholars’ understanding of the concept of night tourism.This laid the foundation for subsequent research.Using literature research,questionnaire surveys,and a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis based on the RMIP theory,this study conducted an in-depth analysis of the night tourism resources,market,and image in Jinan City.Firstly,it provided an overview and evaluation of the tourism resources in Jinan City.Then,through a questionnaire survey from the perspective of tourists,it understood the demand and preferences of the night tourism market in Jinan City.Based on the analysis of resources and the market,it positioned the image of night tourism in Jinan City.Finally,it investigated the current situation and problems of the night tourism products in Jinan City,such as lack of product innovation,unreasonable route design,uneven service quality,etc.On this basis,it summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the night tourism products in Jinan City.To address these issues,this study proposed a series of measures and strategies for the development of night tourism products,including the transformation of government functions,the establishment of a new scientific management system,unblocking the network,promoting rail transit construction,and improving the innovative ability of Jinan’s night tourism products.It also proposed development strategies for the night tourism product system,such as planning and enhancing night transportation services,adjusting and optimizing night accommodation services,improving night dining,shopping,and entertainment services,enhancing night sightseeing experiences,enriching and deepening night cultural activities,etc.Finally,it proposed expanding new tourism products such as night walking tours,night photography tours,night food tours,night historical and cultural tours,and night performance tours.This study provides some theoretical and practical guidance for the development of night tourism products in Jinan City,but there are still some shortcomings,such as limited sample size,limitations of the analysis method,etc.Future research can further improve related theories and practical explorations,providing more support for the sustainable development of the night tourism industry in Jinan City.
