| With the country accelerating the construction of a "dual cycle" pattern at home and abroad and in the post-epidemic era,the night economy has become a key measure to boost urban domestic demand and stimulate consumption potential.According to information from Xinhuanet,by the end of 2020,nearly 80% of the respondents in China have a strong willingness to travel at night,and local nightlife has become an important tourist attraction.Therefore,it is urgent to meet the needs of night travel and enhance the vitality of the city at night.Since the end of 2018,Tianjin has started to develop the night economy,proposed to build a "Night Jin City" pattern and started to build multiple city-level night economic demonstration zones.Revealing the temporal and spatial pattern of night vitality of the "Night Jin City" in the past three years is not only an assessment of the performance of the existing night economic policy implementation,but also will find new vitality enhancement points for the future night development pattern.Therefore,this thesis interprets the night economic policy of the "Night Jin City" and constructs a corresponding comprehensive night vitality evaluation system;based on multi-source big data such as Dianping POI and Baidu heatmap,reveals the static distribution and dynamic characteristics of night vitality.The night economic period(18:00-06:00)is selected as the research time section,and the research scope is initially selected as the main urban area within the outer ring road of Tianjin.Analysis and comparison of two scales: the final unit of policy dissemination and implementation)and the block(the basic spatial unit of urban refinement research and urban planning research).Construct a geographically weighted regression model to identify the main factors affecting night vitality;combine with the case studies of night economic demonstration areas,and propose targeted planning strategies to improve night vitality.First of all,based on the interpretation of the "Night Jin City" policy and existing theoretical empirical studies,this research constructs an "economy-society-cultural" nighttime comprehensive vitality evaluation system framework,and collects relevant spatio-temporal geographic data for quantitative measurement.Entropy method used in the calculation process.Furthermore,geographic analysis software such as Arc GIS and Geoda is used to visually analyze the overall characteristics of street units and block units at night and the overall characteristics of the sub-dimension vitality,the static distribution pattern of time and space,and the dynamic change pattern of time and space.The research found that:(1)The overall vitality of Tianjin at night can be divided into the first part of the night(18:00-21:00),the middle part of the night(21:00-00:00)and latter(00:00-06:00).They are slow descent,fast descent,and gentle recovery.(2)The static distribution of spatial vitality of street and block unit has obvious correlation,while the dynamic change of vitality has no significant spatial correlation;(3)The consistency of the two spatial scales of temporal and spatial characteristics is that the distribution of vitality at night and the change of hot and cold areas are all based on The central area is dominated and changes significantly over time;the peripheral units of the study area are mostly outliers of vitality distribution and changes.After clarifying the characteristics of night vitality,based on the spatial heterogeneity of the night vitality distribution of street units and block units in the city,relevant influencing factors are selected to construct a night vitality influencing factor index system,a total of 5 dimensions and 19 items variable.At 18:00,21:00 and00:00 at night,the factors affecting the night vitality of streets and block units were analyzed,and the construction of the regression model was analyzed by means of exploratory regression,OLS linear regression and GWR geographically weighted regression.The research found that:(1)Night vitality is mainly related to the functional density of its own land and business,the surrounding environment and accessibility.(2)There is a difference between the significant influence factors of street scale and block scale.The former pays more attention to the macro-land layout and road design,while the latter pays more attention to the specific POI format,functional density and accessibility;(3)The consistency of the two scale impact factors lies in: Areas with relatively high building density and building floors,such as large shopping malls or night market blocks at night,have a more vibrant atmosphere,but the vitality of open spaces is lower,which is contrary to the conclusions in the daytime vitality study.This research further conducts a comprehensive analysis of the distribution and changes of the vitality of street units,with a view to finding new vitality enhancement points for future night economic development and district-level demonstration areas.It is divided into four categories from the aspects of night comprehensive vitality and sub-dimension vitality: high vitality and high persistence,low vitality and high persistence,low vitality and low persistence,and high vitality and low persistence.It is found that:(1)The vitality polarization effect in the central area is strong,but continuous Sex needs to be improved;(3)The areas with high and sustained economic vitality at night are in Heping District and its surrounding areas;(3)The social vitality at night is greatly affected by weekends and working days,and the social vitality at weekends is more sustainable;(4)The cultural vitality at night is generally low,The areas with high vitality and high growth are mainly distributed in the central historical and cultural districts,which can further utilize the advantages of the historical and cultural districts and enhance the cultural vitality at night.Then focus on 6 night economic demonstration areas,compare and classify their vitality distribution and change characteristics.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive vitality of Times Aocheng Demonstration Zone is the strongest and the reduction is small,and the Yunhe Xintiandi Demonstration Zone is the weakest and the magnitude of change The strongest;(2)The Demonstration Zone of Times Olympic City has the highest economic vitality value,and the economic vitality of the Fifth Avenue Demonstration Zone has the fastest decline;(3)The social vitality of the People’s Park Demonstration Zone is the strongest,relatively speaking,Canal Xintiandi is the lowest;The night-time cultural vitality value of the Xifengqing Street Demonstration Zone is high and has strong sustainability.On this basis,4 types of typical cases-Times Olympic City,Italian Style Street,People’s Park and Five Avenues 4 demonstration areas were selected for in-depth analysis and testing,and targeted vitality enhancement planning strategies were proposed. |
