The development of software industry can effectively promote the national economy index, can promote the upgrading of industrial structure, improve the economic efficiency. The software industry as an important index to measure a country’s comprehensive strength, is the focus of the development of our country industry. However, the provinces in our country software industry development is not balanced, there exist certain differences between different regions, presents gradient distribution trend.The first part of this paper on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the development of software industry in China, combined with domestic and foreign relevant theory of gradient and the gradient changes of related research, the research methods of this article is determined. The second part expounds the related concepts and theories of software industry gradient change, and the influence factors of the development level of the software industry is analyzed.
