With the rapid development of science and technology industry and good prospects for development, new companies in the IT industry born out from the wave of technology every day. Faced with the peculiarities of high sensitivity of knowledge, faster product updates, and high level of Innovation in IT Industry, competition among IT companies become more intense. Especially for the IT companies which are in the start-up period, how to attract the best talent and make them stay in the company, create value for the enterprise, is the prerequisite and guarantee for the start-up IT company to have a foothold in IT industry and succeedThis study reviewed the previous studies by read a large number of literature about organizational socialization.By analysising the situation about organizational socialization of the newcomers in start-up IT companies in China, find the problems in the process of organizational socialization, And so we form the fully recombination about organizational socialization of newcomers in start-up IT companies. Based on these, this study investigates the index of the level of organizational socialization of newcomers by questionnaire, and construct the analysis model by AHP,and analysis the tactics which are dominanted by enterprise, by newcomers and by both of them through the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The result reflect that the the tactics by enterprise play the major role. Lastly,design the model for organizational socialization of newcomers in start-up IT company by the AHP’ conclusion. And propose the the tactics of the tactics by enterprise, by newcomers and by both of them,so that make some useful reference for newcomers’organizational socialization in IT industry in China.
