With the immense effect of internet industry leading the economic development,improving social progress and stimulating innovation,internet users promoting internet marketing,scientific and technological achievements have been benefited people,internet industry and traditional industry have been mixed faster,international internet communication have been deepened and competitiveness and influence of internet industry have been promoted.Based on increasingly competitive environment,human resource is very important for internet industry to improve value of human resource,and which is the key to improve core competitiveness.This thesis chose internet industry company A as the research object,by the research methods like literature analysis method,comparative analysis method to research demission.The result of researching shows problems of human resource system is defective,lead to the rising trend in demission situation.Based on this situation,according to deficiency parts of human resource system,rebuild and improve human resource system to improve demission.The improved human resource system must have both sides include recruit and orientation for new onboard guys,and also include deterrent and data analysis for employees.Take account of both each parts of human resource system such as recruiting,training,compensation and salary,enhance incentive mechanism,help to build career planning,improve communication regime,and obtain demission data to make further analysis,which is benefit for company to get timely information and take action accordingly.
