Civil Aviation Industry in China has realized great achievement based on the booming of China's economic growth, which displays great potential and broad horizon of China civil aviation market and attract many international civil aviation magnate and domestic investors. The fierce competition in this market directly leads to intensive snatch for business resources in which one of the scarcest resource is the core staffs who weigh heavily in maintaining the business operation of each airlines, so to effectively avoid the demission of core staffs in the prerequisite for maintaining the safe business operation. The thesis mainly studies the problem, uses the early warn theory to help establish airlines' core staff demission management system in order to mitigate the impact caused by core staffs' demission to the business operation, and facilitates the enhancement of the airlines' operation capability and competence and development of civil aviation industry in China.Based on the staff demission management theory and early warn theory, this thesis has, by survey and research on representative airlines (state-owned, joint-stock, private etc.), analyzed the causes of core staffs' demission and omen before resign, established a model chart for airlines with different characteristics on previous research results, specify the factors with great impact on core staffs' demission, and further set up a compatible indicator system with multiple and single indicators methods to form a pre-control mechanism for airlines to avoid unnecessary loss.This research is a trial combined with theory and practice, intending to broad the horizon in core staffs' demission management in civil aviation industry and provide solutions to management practice. And it initiates with early warning against the underlying safety risk caused by core staffs' demission and aims to enhance the airlines' operation capability and competence. This thesis is a subproject under the project Research on Early Warn Mechanism and Method of Civil Aviation Disaster funded by NSFC.
