An Research On The Correlation Between Chinese Agricultural Technology Property Right Transaction And Agricultural Products Export

China is one of the most important agricultural exporters in the world. After entering WTO, complying with international trend of economic globalization and trade integration, the development of Chinese agricultural products export goes steady. It can be found that the majority of Chinese agricultural exports are labor-intensive products and the level of intensive processing in low. In the international trade of agricultural products competition, China is unable to take the initiative, which needs to improve the technological content of agricultural products to improve the international competitiveness. The improvement of agricultural science and technology content will contribute to improving agricultural product trade export trade condition, expanding trade scale, optimizing export structure. Agricultural technology can not be improved without innovation and at the same time, agricultural technological achievements can be smoothly transferred into real productive forces depends on the unobstructed transformation. New agricultural technologies are often circulated in the market in the form of agricultural technology property right. The authorization of agriculture technology property right provides incentive and protection for agricultural technology innovation. Agriculture technology property right transaction has important influents on the process that agricultural technology innovation applied to agricultural production to promote agricultural products export eventually. There is a correlation between Chinese agricultural technology property right transaction and agricultural products export. This paper will make the quantitative analysis of the correlation.This paper defines the related concepts involved. Based on lots of domestic and foreign literatures, it is found that the pertinence of researches about technology property right transaction is not strong and the researches related to agriculture are less and most of them use R&D and patents’amount to measure technology progress to reflect the effects of technology on relevant economic variables, ignoring the importance of technology transference. Technology property right transaction is one of the effective ways of successful technology transference. This paper chooses agriculture technology property right transaction as the research object and analyzes its transaction system and mechanism of its effect on export. And this paper analyzes the relationship between Chinese agricultural products export and agriculture technology property right transaction based on the current situation. A trade gravity model is proposed depended on present study and the content in this paper to analyze the correlation between Chinese agricultural technology property right transaction and agricultural products export and export quotas from China to30sample countries are used to be the explained variable. The result shows that Chinese agricultural technology property right transaction has a certain role in promoting agricultural products export, the correlation coefficient is0.61. The influences of other variables in the model are analyzed, too. Finally, some further suggestions on improving Chinese agricultural technology property right transaction are proposed from different angles.
