The central no.1 file in 2012 put forward that the improvement of agricultural technology innovation and technology popularization ability has become a key link in the process of transition to promote China's agricultural development.Some of the basic-level agricultural technology popularization system in some areas in our country still has a "network break line,broken and scattered" phenomenon exists.At present,the domestic and foreign scholars mainly from the disciplines such as sociology,economics to analysis problems appeared in the process of agricultural science and technology into the village door,consider the important reason as the problem about the agricultural technology promotion funds shortage,and rarely an analysis of the causes from the perspective of geography.Because our country countryside across wide areas,rural areas,there are many differences between each region,farmers also exist between their respective characteristics,leading to a different effect in agricultural science and technology from the source,through the various delivery.spread medium into the countryside around,there is blank in the process of agricultural technology diffusion area or fracture zone.Therefore,it was necessary to determine the birthplace of agricultural science and technology,scope of space transmission network spread the best services at all levels,on the basis of agricultural science and technology diffusion limited source,build an can make up for the blank area or rift zone agent platform,make the agricultural science and technology into the village as hierarchical diffusion transfer network "alive",make the agricultural science and technology transfer diffusion"open" meet bridge into the river,the mountain,solution appeared in the process of agricultural science and technology diffusion "blank area" or "fault phenomenon".This study used the improved gravity model of Wilson,taking Fujian province as an example,to measure of agricultural technology diffusion radiation radius,measure the 9 regions of Fujian province agricultural technology diffusion radius,determine 9 regions of Fujian province agricultural technology diffusion scope of radiation,for subsequent build to solve agricultural science and technology diffusion in the process of "blank spacee or "fault phenomenon,of agro-technical popularization of the new platform or provide the theoretical reference to new patterns of agricultural technology diffusion.The results of this study:First,nine regions of Fujian province agricultural technology expansion potential,from 2003 to 2003,the agricultUral technology diffusion composite scores,9 regions of Fujian province,are on the rise,among them,the Fuzhou city is the first,in the rank of the agricultural technology diffusion comprehensive score,then is Zhangzhou and Quanzhou.During 2008 to 2009,the Agricultural technology diffusion composite scores of Xiamen and Quanzhou have a significant decline.In the second place,from the research results of the comprehensive ability the agricultural technology diffusion in the 9 regions in Fujian province during 2003 to 2012,the Fuzhou is ranking below Quanzhou city,it have taken place in both the location of the swap,Quanzhou as one of the main agricultural areas in Fujian province,the agricultural level developed very quickly,from 2010 to 2012 only,for three years,the technology diffusion comprehensive ability in the 2012 is nearly twice as much as the 2010,its agricultural development level have on the leading position for a long time.Third,determine the radius of the agricultural technology diffusion radiation of Fujian province.According to the regional radiation radius,we can calculate the technology diffuusion scope of radiation of the various regions of Fujian province,whieh is the radiation area.Obviously,Quanzhou technology's most widely spread radiation,Zhangzhou and Fuzhou is followed by.Fourth,according to the agricultural technology difffusion radiation scope in the 9 regions in Fujian province,take the regional technology diffusion in 2012 in Fujian province as an example;we can draw agricultural technology diffusion scope of radiation diagram in regions of Fujian province,as shown in figure 8.From the figure 8,we got that the technology diffusion radiation scope of Quanzhou is the biggest,its technology diffusion radiation scope is covered all the province,Fuzhou,Zhangzhou,Sabming and other cities are followed by.Through the diagram of the technology diffusion scope radiation,we can found the agricultural zone of the agro-technlcal popularization in Fujian province,for the further research,it can provides reference in reality on the research to build an agent platform or technology diffusion model to overcome the agricultural technology diffusion gap or fracture zone.
