With the rapid development of economic globalization, strengthen the study of hotel human resourcesmanagement is particularly important. Human resource is no longer a simple personnel managementin the traditional sense, but has gradually rose to the height of the strategy, is closely related to thehotel’s survival and development. Around the worl d,\"competition, the challenge of globalization, tomeet the needs of st akeholder gr oups and the challenge of high per formance work system\" the threeaspect s of the competition will improve human resource management practice, human resourcefunctions by the transaction center to performance excellence and to business partners gradualtransformation, thus put forward higher request to the human resources workers. This article fromginza jia yue hotel recruiting, training, performance appr aisal, evaluation and incentive systemproblems, using the literat ure research, empirical study and case study method, quantit ative analysisand qualitative analysis, combined with their own work practice, on the basis of the theory of humanresource management, this paper expounds the oneself to ginza jia yue hotel recruitment, training,performance appraisal, evaluation and incentive system and so on ways to improve.
