Home Inn Shenyang there is a gap between the obvious and the present Home Inn development required in quantity,structure and quality of human resources,which is a direct result of the Shenyang Home Inn staff turnover rate is very high.The Econo Hotel in strategic decision-making,target market,product characteristics,profit model and the high star hotel there is a big difference,so the structure of people's knowledge,ability and other aspects of the hotel are not the same,the current hot issues of the industry are very concerned about how to become a management talent.As a labor-intensive industry,Economic Hotel needs more staff,can absorb a large number of social labor.However,due to the relatively short history of development,the personnel management system is not perfect,coupled with the fierce competition in the industry,leading to the Economic Hotel is now serious brain drain,has brought considerable problems for the hotel daily management and operation loss of rising talent,but also to the hotel human resources management has caused considerable great difficulty.On the one hand,reduce the rate of employee turnover will cause a decline in the quality of hotel services,tourism,bring negative influence to the hotel brand,thus reducing the hotel market share;on the other hand,the employee turnover will cause a vicious spiral of talent loss,further increase the turnover rate of employees,resulting in the increase of hotel labor costs,and ultimately affect the to reduce operating costs,the core competitiveness of the hotel,reduce economic benefits.Therefore,how to break through the restrictions on the development of the core competence of staff turnover has become the top priority of the development of Economic Hotel.This paper analyzes the present situation of Shenyang Home Inn,and points out the reasons of high turnover rate.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of human resource loss in Home Inn,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
