In recent years, kinds of natural disasters happened more and more frequently worldwide, and the scale is bigger and bigger. It has brought great casualties and property losses. It is very important to establish an effective response system to decrease the losses the disasters bring. As one of the most important part in the disaster-relief operations, an effective emergency logistics system plays an essential role in disaster-relief operations.Based on the analysis of existing references, this thesis conducts an in-depth study on the optimization model for emergency supplies dispatching in earthquake relief operations. It mainly carries out the research in the following aspects:(1) This paper analyze the classification of emergency supplies for earthquake disaster and the demand characteristics of emergency supplies. Then a based CBR and key factor forecast model was established.(2) The feature of the earthquake emergency supplies dispatching problem is given. Then, a multi-objective optimization model for emergency supplies dispatching is given to minimize the pain of people in disaster areas and the cost. Furthermore, the emergency supplies dispatching result can be determined by solving the modelFinally, based on the earthquake which takes placed in the city of A, the feasibility and validity of the proposed method are illustrated by a numerical example. The earthquake emergency forecast model and emergency supplies dispatching method, carried out in paper, enrich and perfect the relevant theories and methods. This method can be a good guidance for the decision people to build the earthquake disaster emergency logistics system and make a better decision.
