| Our country is located in the two seismic belts which intersection of three blocks, which is one of the countries where earthquake disaster occurred in high frequency, great intensity and serious losses in the world. After disaster, it normally requires a lot of materials to response and restore, particularly in response stage, there is a very high demanding in material category, quantity and the scheduling, which directly affects the efficiency of disaster relief.The target of the paper is studying the emergency supplies demand and the corresponding dispatching after destructive earthquakes. Basic analyzing and summarized were done, the main topic involves the connotation of destructive earthquakes and emergency supplies for destructive earthquakes, the main species and demand characteristics. Combination the differences in emergency rescue work, the author thinks there is difference in the hierarchy of emergency supplies demand between the two stages of 1~3 days and 4~10 days, and the emergency supplies demand is also different in each stage. To resolve the key problem of emergency supplies demand hierarchy, the author analyzed the method of in-depth analysis and its influencing factors, and used this method to calculate the emergency supplies demand hierarchy in each stage, thus establish its corresponding mathematical model. At last, a case is given, which proved the efficiency of the mathematical model.The main conclusion of this paper is the demand on material types, quantity and time is different in different stage, scheduling scheme must meet the need. The innovation of this paper is divided the emergency phase into two stages based on the differences in emergency rescue task; Use the method of in-depth analyzed the emergency supplies demand hierarchy in each stage; Combination the different materials demand in each stage to formulate mathematical models of different target and require. |
