In the twenty-first century, competition is not between the company and company, but between the supply chain and the other supply chain. In recent years, with the frequent outbreak of as floods, storms, earthquakes and other natural risks, as well as war, mine, strikes and other social risks, the supply chain systems of many enterprises are affected. For against these risks, companies should take some measures to enhance the flexibility of the supply chain and reduce the losses and the impact caused by these risks. In recent years, scholars increasingly pay attention to the flexible distribution network design problem. The various factors of failure risk will affect the distribution network of supply chain, the failure of any node in the distribution network tends to affect the other nodes companies, which have serious implications for the entire distribution network. Therefore, when the company designs the distribution network of chain supply, it must take full account of the failure risks, and the distribution network in the event of failure occurred returned to normal rapidly. This study is of great significance.Based on the above reasons, this paper studies the flexible distribution network design problem in-depth in the failure risk environment, including the following aspects:First of all, the three chapters of this article introduce the background, research purpose and significance of this paper, as well as the domestic and overseas literature related and elaborate the basic and related theory. Secondly, the fourth chapter studies the flexible distribution network design problem of the failure occurred in a single distribution center in the interference of failure risk factors in the supply chain. The fourth chapter adds the concept of the frequency of service in the model, taking the manufacturers and distribution centers choose the modes of transport into account, then constructs the corresponding mathematical model and gives a numerical example illustrates the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model. Based on The fourth chapter, the fifth chapter adds the factor of the failure scenarios and the lead time of transportation, taking the manufacturers and distribution centers choose the modes of transport into account, then constructs the corresponding mathematical model and gives a numerical example illustrates the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model. In the end, this paper summarizes the main findings and conclusions, and direction for further research.
