Real estate is known as the national economy’s ‘weathervane’ and ‘barometer’. During theprocess of development of the national economy, it plays a leading and basic role. Its relatedindustries involved in various fields and closely related to the construction industry, thefinancial industry, the insurance industry and the real estate services which relates to the livesof the residents. At the same time, Land premium which related to the development of the realestate has accounted for half of the government finances. However, in the process of the bigstep forward in the real estate industry, the government over-emphasis on the economicbenefits and lead to the disregard of this industry which brings about a series of adverseeffects: excessive growth of house prices; destruction of the ecological environment; Tightsupply of land resources; market structural imbalance; unreasonable design of the house;decoration materials pollution and so on. These problems seriously restrict the subsequentdevelopment of the real estate industry. Sustainable development of the economy has beenmore consensuses by government and academia. In view of the special status of the real estateindustry in the national economy, the introduction of sustainable development of the realestate industry and the ultimate guide the country’s economy into a sustainable developmentof the state.Referring to a large number of literature, periodicals and other information, combine thetheory of sustainable development and construction of real estate. Form the real estateindustry sustainable development index system and use the modified system to evaluate thepresent condition of the real estate sustainable development in Shenyang. The main contentsas follows:After introducing the definition, Connotation andtarget of the theory of sustainabledevelopment, with the combination of local industry sum up the sustainable development ofreal estate industry theory to lay the foundation for selecting evaluation indexes;In accordance with the requirements of the strategy of sustainable development, the realestate industry needs to coordinate the development of economy, population, environment,resource to realize the sustainable goal. So this paper selected the4indexes as the evaluation system of the level indicators, then select two indexes from each index of the divergence of5level, which is constructed by4level indicator20level two indexes as the basis of thesustainable development of real estate assessment system. And then based on the method offactor analysis, use software SPSS19to4first grade indexes filtering, each level of theselected indicators of the3indicators in level two. Finally form a appraisal system with4firstgrade indexes and12two grade index;Introducing AHP to establish evaluation system weight, using software Yaahp to achievetheir results, final data displayed:from the overall sustainable state, Shenyang City, the realestate industry sustainable state as a whole is in an upward trend from2003to2010.The levelof sustainable development by2006is low, after the conditions have constantly improvedsustainable development. In2010, the first time breakthrough100, reaching a high level of101.97.From the first index point of view, the economy, the environment has been in amoderate state, Although improved, but not much, Sustainable development of population,resources status improved markedly in recent years.
