Setting Up Evaluation Index System And Research Development Level Of Agricultural Modernization In Jilin Province

Agricultural Modernization Development is one of the important means to promoting thedevelopment of agriculture. Agricultural Modernization including management of agriculturalorganization, production condition of agriculture and modernization of agricultural production technique.To promote the level of the agricultural modernization in Jilin province, at first, you should get a goodknowledge of the developmental level at present. Then analysis the reason according the developmentallevel, finding out the deficiencies of the modernization, and have a suitable way to deal with it. Andgiving a developmental direction of Jilin province, taking a example by the places with high leveldevelopment. The major research contains as follows:(1)Identifying the sub index of Jilin province agriculture modernization evaluation index by usingcluster analysis. Selecting the main five indexes, which are sustainable agricultural development,agricultural input level, agricultural mechanization level, agricultural expenditure, agricultural output rate,according to internationally accepted standards and combination of researchers’ indexes system. Thenscreening out its sub index by cluster analysis around the main index.(2)Establishing the evaluation system of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province by usinganalytic hierarchy process. First, establishing a hierarchical structure model; Second, constructingpairwise comparison matrices; Third, calculating the combined weight vectors of main indexes andtaking the combined consistency test; Finally, calculating the weight vectors of group indexes and takingconsistency check.(3)Analyzing the current development statue of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province,according to the establishing evaluation system of Jilin province agriculture modernization. Establishingthe principal component function of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province by using the principalcomponent factor analysis method. Then giving guiding advices for the agricultural developmentdirection of Jinlin province, according to the functional relation between the various components.
