The study of human nature is the foundation of managemenr science. Therefore, research on human nature and the management has a long history, its importance is self-evident. After the reform an opening up, China had formed many policies, such as one-child policy, the compulsory education policy, the policy of enrollment expansion in colleges, and a growing number of women go to work. These greatly changed the human capital. The modern companies pay more and more attention to human resource management, so it is particularly critical to accurate grasp of the humanity of the employees. Because only the most accurate grasp of human nature, enterprise human resource management will be more effective and more reasonable.Study abroad between the hypothesis of human nature and human resources management strategy has been more mature, mainly to the hypothesis of "economic man","social person" hypothesis,"self-actualizing hypothesis"."complex man" hypothesis as the representative. Then, many new viewpoints on human nature are development, such as "decision maker" and" culture people". But these are starting from a qualitative point of view, we assume the characteristics of human nature, and then puts forward the human resource management strategy effectively. The study on the hypothesis of human nature, ancient has "good in human nature"."evil in human nature" and "double in human nature" these three kinds of human nature hypothesis. What modern scholars to study human nature hypothesis mainly focus on the application of humanity hypothesis of human nature is thinking and analysis. in some specific industries, or combine with western scholars ana Chinese ancient thought qualitative and puts forward some new hypothesis of human nature, such as "learning people" and "valuable people". These are all from the viewpoint of human nature single assumption, in specific groups, a specific area to research. Yet. not a research is to study human nature of different groups from quantitative determination of different at present. So this thesis uses the method of quantitative research to research human nature of different people. In this thesis, making a comprehensive exposition of the human nature from four aspects of different age. different education, different positions. different gender, according to the difference of human nature condition to put forward effective and reasonable human resource management strategies.In this thesis, the design of human nature model is according to the summary at home and abroad scholars" study, based on human nature, combined with the impact of reform and opening up to the people’s values, ways of life, through literature research, investigation and study, individual interviews and other methods. This model design includes the "economic man","social person" and "self-realization group" and "the responsibilities", four level indicators and incentive compensation, life level, colleague relationship, social relationship, self motivated, work achievements, work responsibility, social responsibility and moral responsibility,9two level index.Then, the author conducted a questionnaire survey on enterprise’s staffs in Zhejiang Province. Jiangxi Province and Shandong province. Besides, using SPSS17.0to statistical analysis about the questionnaire. The results showed there are significant differences among the same age. the same background staffs, staffs of the same job level, staffs of the same gender, the staffs have different human nature. In addition, in different ages, different education background staffs, different job level staffs and staffs of different gender there also be significant differences of the same human nature, which shows the complexity the human nature of different members of a group. According to the survey, it is possible to analysis the reason of human nature essential complexity from the four aspects of social background, family background, education background and personal factors.Combining with quantitative analysis on humanity nature level of different groups of indicators and the second level index, it is effective for everv age, every background, every job level, as well as every gender staffs to put forward the human resource management measures.
