All social practice activities are inseparable from human beings,especially management as an active practice.The evolution of management ideas and the progress of management practice are inseparable from the understanding of the nature of human nature.Since the founding of scientific management system by Taylor,the father of modern management science,there have been many hypothetical theories about human nature,such as "economic man","social man","self-actualizing man","complex man".Different understanding and basic setting of human nature reflect the evolution and development of management thought,and management theory system has different understanding of human nature.Based on this,different management theories,principles and methods are established.Understanding differences at the level of philosophy of science will guide theoretical construction in different directions,affecting the understanding and research of the nature of management issues.Following the rational logic established by the Taylor system,modern management has gradually formed a scientific paradigm with the ultimate goal of improving efficiency and a humanistic paradigm with the ultimate goal of perfecting human nature in its criticism and inheritance.The power of instrumental rationality has squeezed out the space that value factors should have in the study of management,with emotion and straightforwardness Irrational factors.Focusing on the basic premise of the theoretical presupposition of human nature hypothesis,this paper studies whether the logical starting point is complete or true,overcomes the shortcomings of one-sided isolated interception of a segment of human nature as a presupposition of different theoretical paradigms,re-examines the human nature thought infiltrated in the local cultural situation,and hopes to "re-understand human beings."As the logical starting point of Chinese management.By using the method of literature study and logical analysis,this paper,through combing the management paradigm theory,post-modern management thought,and the existing theory of human nature hypothesis in the East and the West,explains the human nature origin behind the split of paradigm from two perspectives of rational differentiation and human nature return,and puts forward a dimensional structure of human nature,and then the human nature knot.Firstly,this paper analyzes the gradual divergence between instrumental rationality and value rationality in the rational factors of human nature,and the adoption of instrumental rationality as the dominant logic in management has become an important source of paradigm splitting at the human level.Secondly,from the perspective of rationality-perception binary opposition in the West and value theory in the East,a relatively complete structure of human nature can be composed of four dimensions:Sensibility-Rationality-Ethics-Instinct,representing the different attributes of management,and balanced development among the four dimensions,showing that management should choose "technology and rationality"The paradigm integration path can correct the deviation of rational paranoia only when humanistic value governs management research.Finally,in the dimension of human nature structure,it expands the integration of rational spirit and humanistic thought to realize the comprehensive development of human nature;attaches importance to the dimension of virtue,remolds the social tradition of ethical standard;the ethical system realizes the goal of "supreme goodness" of human nature through the internalization of the virtue of the subject;attaches importance to the power of mind to activate the pursuit of "truth and goodness" in human nature.The power of beauty transforms management from external restriction to mental growth mode with internal law as the core,and so on.The innovation of this paper lies in that,on the one hand,from the perspective of dimensional structure,we re-recognize the human nature,try to replace the human nature hypothesis with the human nature structure which combines the local cultural characteristics with the western philosophy cognition,and provide the human nature foundation for the study of non-rational factors and integration paradigm;on the other hand,the development of post-modern.It also provides a primary framework for managers to examine management behavior and reflect on the existence of ethical violations and inhibitions of human nature in the performance of management functions.The deficiency of this paper is that the collection and processing of raw data are consistent with the actual situation,and only a primary framework is built at the level of philosophical abstraction.Finally,by the author's cultural background and academic level of limitations,there are also flaws in the text.The research prospects of this paper are mainly as follows:on the one hand,further explore the nature of human nature and management attributes;theoretical research deficiencies can be further enriched through the quantitative study of actual enterprises,which will give this paper favorable support.Finally,this article is only a statement from one person.The academic research on the nature of human nature and the theoretical nature of management is relatively rare.It is limited by the author's cultural foundation and academic level.The research prospects of this paper are mainly to explore the relationship between the nature of human nature and management attributes,expand the other components of human structure,and enrich the contextual understanding of multi-humanity.In addition,the insufficiency of theoretical research can be further enriched by the quantitative research of business management practices,and this article is beneficially supported.
