The essence of individual innovation behavior is a novel behavior that isimmensely beneficial for the employee’s and organizational performances.Individual innovation behavior is the key element of organizational innovation, andhow to effectively improve innovation capability of private enterprise has been thefocus of governments and the academic circles.Many researches have proved that individual innovation behavior affected byenvironment, organizational innovation climate is one of the importantenvironmental factors of individual innovation behavior, and individualpsychological characteristics affect it. This article reviews previous literaturesabout definitions, structures and factors of research objects, and gives mydefinitions. By surveying824employees, we check the measuring instrumentreliability and validity. and test the relationship among these variables. The resultsof the study are as follows:(1) The measuring instruments of this variables have good reliability andvalidity, meet the psychometric standards.(2) The overall individual innovative behavior of private enterprise is at afairly medium level. There is a significant difference in age, education level,workexperience, operating post and position grade, differences in gender demographicvariables are not significant.(3) Significant positive correlation was found among organizationalinnovation climate, creative self-efficacy and individual innovation behavior.(4) Organizational innovation climate is positively related to the individualinnovation behavior. It also makes a significant impact on individual innovationbehavior by creative self-efficacy. Creative self-efficacy can mediates therelationship between organizational innovation climate and individual innovationbehavior.
